Principle of clamp hopper mixer

Scope of weekly maintenance for the clamp hopper mixer

1. Appearance: Clean all transmission parts and exposed parts of the equipment, and clean the work area. Achieve internal and external cleanliness without dead corners or rust, and keep the surrounding environment clean.

2. Idle operation: Check the technical condition of each part, tighten loose parts, and adjust the fit clearance. Check the interlocking and safety devices. Achieve normal and safe transmission sound.

3. Hydraulic lubrication: Check the transmission system (reducer) to ensure that the oil quality is clean, without leakage or damage.

4. Electrical system: Wipe the surface of the motor and wires, check for damage and grounding, and achieve completeness.

5. When assembling the slider bearings, chain disk bearings, and chassis bearings of this machine, they have been filled with sufficient lubricating grease. No further lubricating grease is needed in daily work. During major and medium repairs, they should be replaced with No.2 cap base lubricating grease.

6. Hydraulic oil should be replaced every 24 months of operation. If the oil color becomes darker, emulsified, layered, or contains suspended or precipitated pollutants during inspection, it should be replaced promptly.

7. Filters should be checked regularly and replaced promptly if blockages are found.

8. In daily life, the methods of "daily inspection" and "regular inspection" should be adopted to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
